1. Introduction

The ALL.Net billing service is provided by ib.naominet.jp, and is a single HTTPS endpoint running on port 8443. This port number is hardcoded in games.

This service must operate using HTTP 1.1 and TLS 1.1.

The primary endpoint is POST /request.php. POST /request/ and POST /request must also be accepted, without an explicit redirect.

The entire HTTP preamble block containing the HTTP/1.1 line and all headers must be contained within a single network packet. It is recommended to produce an implementation without worrying about this requirement, but be aware of it if issues are encountered.

Warning

Newer builds of Python have openssl built without the necessary support enabled. If using Python, this is an unavoidable situation. It is recommended to perform TLS termination at a reverse proxy, such as nginx. (This is also recommended for other non-Python languages too, but not required.)

The HTTPS certificate this service uses must be signed by the certificate authority certificated that is provided by the keychip.

minime PKI key

It is typical for bootleg networks to operate using the minime public key infrastructure. When using this set of keys, the pem keypair is:

Warning

AllnetLite/Slim (ie Chinese ALL.Net) exposes the same API as a normal billing service, however some parameter names are changed. These are noted under columns titled CHN. There’s not much point implementing support for these endpoints, unless Chinese ALL.Net support is specifically required for a project, however they’re included for prosperity.
